1. Have you registered properly by filling all the details?
2. Have you entered the correct Unique ID i.e MNI( All English Capital letters) followed by your number
3. Have you entered correct password
4. If you forget the password, the procedure is

1. Enter your Unique ID
2. Enter some dummy password
3. Then you will get new login page
4. There again enter your Unique ID
5. Then press forget password
6. Then check your email inbox
7. If you don’t find the mail in the inbox then check Spam, promotional, social and you will find your NEW password

1. Have you correctly entered your email. otherwise the system will not send you correct information
2. While registering you should attach your ID proof, ( May be Aadhar,Pan card etc) if you enter your photo or any other images system won’t show you correct details
